The world’s number 1 job site. It is available in 26 languages to and can be accessed in 50 countries.

Founded in 2004, Indeed is ranked as the #1 best job search site in the world, with 200+ million visitors and 1 billion job searches made per month. It strives to put job seekers first and give them free access to apply for vacancies, post CVs, and research companies. What makes Indeed the best is that it covers a variety of job boards and allows visitors and registered members to save their searches for future use. Beneficial for both job seekers and recruiters, many applications can be submitted within a minute, should the company not require more information than a copy of your CV and cover letter. Available in more than 50 countries, Indeed can accommodate its users in 26 different languages.

Job Seekers

It is completely free for job seekers. Unlike some other job sites, Indeed is a job aggregator, with listings from every imaginable job site there is. Users can browse through the jobs via:

  • Company
  • Region
  • Category (45 different sectors)

This simple and straightforward site connects millions of people to new opportunities every day. Job seekers can filter their searches based on their desired job title, location, type of job (i.e. permanent, contract etc.), recently published, and most importantly, salary.

With Indeed, recruiters pay the site when they deliver a candidate. Employers agree to pay each time a user clicks on the link leading to their job post. The click cost between $0.25 and $1.50. Their ad will stay posted for as long as there is activity, and the company pays the associated fees.

Customer Support

The contact page at Indeed has a dropdown of three different categories to distinguish the user and help direct them to the correct support team.

  • Job Seeker
  • Employer or Advertiser (Recruiter)
  • Partner or Publisher

For job seekers, Indeed will first present them with articles to help them resolve their issue or answer their question. But if they require further help or prefer to contact a representative directly, they will then be presented with an online form to fill out. Users will receive an email response within a couple days.

For employers (recruiters), Indeed has an extensive FAQ page dedicated to them. In this page, it presents loads of information regarding Indeed CVs, Sponsored Job Pricing & Billing, Posting a Job etc. If their question or query is not addressed on the site, there’s a separate online form available.

Alike with employers, partners and publishers have their own FAQ page with over a dozen pre-answered questions.
